Pathway Details
Terms for renewal or cancellation
The transfer pathway may be cancelled if major program changes at either institution occur. Any change to transfer pathway will not affect current students. Students enrolled at Windsor at the time of the change or cancellation shall be allowed o complete their degree based on the terms of the original pathway.
Eligibility for Pathway
Graduates of the Early Childhood Education diploma with a cumulative average of B (3.0) or better are eligible.
Credit transfer
Early Childhood Education Diploma: Students who have completed the Diploma in Early Childhood Education with an overall average of at least B (3.0) will normally receive a minimum of ten course equivalents toward a B.S.W degree in the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences. Students will receive credit on the basis of a General Approved Course List or for courses on a Specific Approved Course List that they passed with a minimum grade of C. Refer to the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences for approved course lists. Students must meet all regular requirements for the program they choose; the number of course credits applied toward program requirements will vary depending on program choice. Students whose Early Childhood Education diploma program includes transfer credits for previously completed university courses will normally receive a minimum of 10 university credits in accordance with the above provisions.
