Pathway Details
Terms for renewal or cancellation
All Seneca pathways will have a review date of three years from the date of implementation. Pathways may have a shorter review date if substantive curriculum changes are made to either the sending or receiving program. Students enrolled in the receiving institution at the time of any change or notice of termination will be given the opportunity to complete their studies based on the terms of the transfer pathway in effect at the time of their enrollment.
Eligibility for Pathway
Graduates of a three-year Business Administration advanced diploma program with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 will be eligible to enter semester six of Seneca College’s Honours Bachelor of Commerce – Business Management degree program in the winter term and complete the degree in three semesters plus one work integrated learning term. Students are eligible to enter in the Fall term, but due to course availability will complete the degree in four semesters plus one work integrated learning term. Applicants must submit a transcript with their application.
How to apply:
Domestic students will be required to submit an application via Ontario Colleges Application Service (OCAS) and select “degree completion” as their entry semester. Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.
International students will apply to the degree via Seneca’s International Student Web Application, and follow up with their Admissions Advisor regarding their pathway eligibility. The student will need their Seneca application confirmation number when they reach out to their advisor. Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.

Credit transfer
Students graduating from a three-year Business Administration program will receive 29 transfer credits toward the 4-year degree.
Credits that must be achieved at the receiving institution
Students will be required to complete 14 courses plus one work integrated learning term.
Anticipated normal schedule of student progression
Students who enter in the Winter term will complete the credential in three academic semesters plus one work integrated learning term.
Students who enter in the Fall term will complete the credential in four academic semesters plus one work integrated learning term due to course availability.
