Pathway Details

Terms for renewal or cancellation

The University of Guelph will review transfer pathways periodically, introducing new amendments as appropriate. Any change to this pathway will not affect current students. Students enrolled at the University of Guelph at the time of any change shall be allowed to complete their degree based on the original terms of this transfer pathway.

Eligibility for Pathway

If you’ve graduated from the Environmental Technology 3-year advanced diploma then you may be eligible to enter the Environmental Management program and earn a Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management degree from the University of Guelph!

Admission Requirements:

  • A minimum 75% (B) overall average upon completion of the 3-year Environmental Technologist advanced diploma program

 

Credit transfer

Eligible applicants will be awarded a maximum of 10.0 transfer credits. That is equivalent to 2.0 full-time years (4 semesters) of study at the University of Guelph.

Credits that must be achieved at the receiving institution

Students applying from the 3-year Environmental Technologist advanced diploma will need to complete a minimum of 10.0 credits (2.0 full-time years of study) to earn their Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management degree.

Anticipated normal schedule of student progression

Successful applicants will receive their Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management degree in a minimum of 2.0 full-time years of study. (4 semesters)

Credential(s) to be granted on successful completion of all required components

Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management, major in Environmental Management
