Students beginning studies in the  Environmental Technology Advanced Diploma program since Fall 2024 will receive the following 10.0 transfer credits: 

• 0.5 CHEM 1000H: Introductory Chemistry I 
• 0.5 CHEM 2410H: Introductory Analytical Chemistry 1 
• 0.5 ERSC 2220H: Environmental Assessment: Chemical and Laboratory Methods 
• 0.5 ERSC 2230H: Environmental Assessment: Sampling and Analysis
• 0.5 ERSC 2300H: Energy Science and Technology 
• 0.5ERSC 3701H: Introduction to Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry 
• 0.5 ERST 3250H: Introduction to Environmental Law 
• 0.5 ERST 3312H: Ecological Risk Assessment 
• 0.5 ERST 3780H: Canadian Renewable Resource Economics and Project Planning 
• 0.5 INDG 1001H: The Foundation for Reconciliation 
• 0.5 GEOG 1040H: Earth’s Physical Processes and Environments 
• 0.5 GEOG 2090H: Introduction to Geographical Information Systems 
• 0.5 MATH 1051H: Non-Calculus Statistics 1: Elementary Probability and Statistics 
• 0.5 unassigned Biology credit at the 1000 level 
• 1.0 unassigned Environmental and Resource Science credit at the 2000 level 
• 1.0 unassigned Arts credit at the 2000 level 
• 1.0 unassigned Science credit at the 1000 level

Transfer credits for students beginning studies in the Environmental Technology Advanced Diploma program prior to Fall 2024 will be awarded on a course-by-course basis. 

To qualify for the block of transfer credits, students must have:

• Successfully completed Canadore College’s Environmental Technology Advanced Diploma;
• A minimum overall average of 75%.

Passerelle

Students pursuing majors for which introductory credits are not provided through the transfer credit block may be encouraged to complete courses in the term prior to entering Trent full-time. Consultation with an academic advisor is strongly encouraged. (http://trentu.ca/advising).
