Requirements

Graduates of this two-year diploma with a minimum GPA of 70% (3.0 on Seneca's grade scale) are eligible to enter the third semester of the Honours Bachelor of Information Technology – Cybersecurity degree in the fall term. Students will complete the degree in six semesters plus two work-integrated learning terms. Applicants may also enter the degree in the winter or summer terms, but due to course availability will complete the degree in seven semesters plus to work-integrated learning terms.

How to apply: 

Domestic students (within the last 5 years) will be required to submit an application via Ontario Colleges Application Service (OCAS) and select “advanced entry” or “degree completion” as their entry semester.  Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.

International students (within the last 5 years) will apply to the degree via Seneca’s International Student Web Application, and follow up with their Admissions Advisor regarding their pathway eligibility.  The student will need their Seneca application confirmation number when they reach out to their advisor.  Official transcripts showing diploma completion and a final program GPA must be submitted.

This agreement is effective from the date at which the program was approved, and the pathway shall be reviewed annually to reflect any changes that are made to either program's curriculum.  Students enrolled in the receiving institution at the time of any pathway changes will be given the opportunity to complete their studies based on the transfer pathway in effect at the time of enrollment.
